If you are a party to a lawsuit, but still have not received a statement of claim, immediately contact the court where your case is being considered.

The case may be postponed:

• due to the absence of all participants in the process;

• due to the need to attract new witnesses;

• due to the need to replace a judge;

• through the intervention of a third party;

• due to a change in the subject of the claim;

• due to the replacement of the defendant;

• inability to perform the necessary procedural actions in the current court session.
