Sale of real estate in the occupied territory.
solvedMy mother lived in the temporarily occupied territory now (she died), the house remained, the deed of gift was drawn up in my name in Ukraine. Can I issue a power of attorney to a person living in the temporarily occupied territory to sell the house?
Answers
If you sell real estate in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, such transactions will not be recognized by Ukraine. That is, such a sale will be invalid. In Ukrainian registers, you will remain the owner of the house in one way or another. If you make a corresponding transaction on the territory of Ukraine, directly under Ukrainian legislation, then you, as the owner of the real estate, can contact the notary at your place of residence or registration.
