My family doctor was supposed to issue a form for submitting to the MSEC, but he didn't have time because with a blood pressure of 210/100, I was urgently sent to the hospital.

  1. Should the therapy department organize an examination for me by the doctors I need, based on my complaints and documented examinations, in addition to blood pressure?

Yes, if you have a referral from your family doctor for the necessary examinations and treatment. Referral of patients to MSEC is carried out in all cases (during initial and repeated examinations) by medical and preventive institutions (MPIs) at the patient's place of residence or at the place of treatment.
