Can I (disabled group 2) resign from the army?

Persons with disabilities, in accordance with Art. 23 RUs "On mobilization training and mobilization" currently have a postponement from mobilization. In order to receive a deferment, such persons need to appear in person at the TCC and JV and submit an appropriate application for granting them a deferment.
