What is the deadline for issuing a pension certificate?

The Pension Fund of Ukraine, on the basis of information received from the territorial bodies of the Fund, provides for the production of certificates within two weeks and keeps records of their production.

The electronic pension certificate must be prepared for issuance within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the application from the pension recipient by the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
