3 months in the case of preliminary application of the pre-trial procedure, which begins its course from the day of delivery of the relevant decision based on the results of consideration of the application to challenge the decision;

6 months from the day when the person became aware of the violation of his rights, i.e. from the day of the relevant resolution of the VLK.
