Traveling abroad with a disabled child
solvedDoes a man have the right to go abroad with his wife and a disabled child, according to the new draft law?
Answers
During the period of martial law, the travel of conscripted men aged 18 to 60 years abroad is limited. Certain categories of persons have the right to cross the border. Currently, such a right is granted to persons who have a spouse with a disability of the I, II, III groups or parents or parents of a spouse with a disability of the I and II groups.
According to the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, a man is allowed to cross the border if he is the parent (guardian, custodian, adoptive parent, parent-educator) of a child with a disability under the age of 18.
The draft law on mobilization proposes to make changes to the grounds for postponement of the draft: the right to postponement in the case of a wife with the IIIrd group of disabilities is canceled.
