In accordance with Article 164 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, malicious evasion of the payment of child support (alimony) established by a court decision, as well as malicious evasion of parents from supporting minor or disabled children in their care, is punishable by community service for a period of eighty to one hundred and twenty hours, or probation supervision for a term of up to two years, or restriction of freedom for the same term.
