Can parents deprived of parental rights communicate with the child?

Article 168 of the Family Code of Ukraine indicates that the court can allow one-time, periodic visits with the child, if it will not harm his life, health and moral education, provided that another person is present. That is, persons deprived of parental rights still have the opportunity to communicate and meet with the child.
