Where can you complain about a private enterprise, where employees do not have holidays, days off, and the dismissed are not paid wages?

In case of refusal to pay wages or other payments, the employee should apply to the prosecutor's office with a statement about non-payment of wages and bring the guilty parties to justice. It is also possible to apply to the court with a claim for collection of owed wages and compensation for damage caused by non-payment.
