OVDP (Bonds of domestic state loans of Ukraine) are government debt securities issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The Ministry of Finance uses OVDP to attract additional monetary resources for budget needs. The nominal value of the OVDP is UAH 1,000, it can also be determined in foreign currency.
