Ukrainian border, it turned out that she accidentally took an internal passport! They refused to cross the border and gave an official document with a refusal! What does this document mean? Can I try to pass control in a day or two already with a foreign passport? Could there be any problems? And can I be denied crossing with a foreign one again, since the database contains the data of the domestic passport and the denial document?

Yaroslav SikorskyThis document means that you have been denied border crossing. You can appeal this refusal, however, since you were refused legally, it makes no sense to appeal it.
Nothing prevents you from taking a foreign passport, going to the border again and crossing the border of Ukraine.
