Good afternoon. Can you please tell me whether the purchase and sale agreement (original) and its duplicate are equivalent? And how to get a duplicate of the purchase and sale agreement?

The duplicate has the same legal force as the original document. To get a duplicate of the contract, you need to apply in writing to a notary personally or instruct another person to do it and get a duplicate.
