The unified judicial information and telecommunication system is an organizational and technical system that ensures the functioning of electronic justice in Ukraine after the adoption of new procedural codes in 2017. Its predecessor was the Automated Court Document Management System, which has been operating since January 1, 2011. Starting from October 5, 2021, three subsystems (modules) of EUITS will officially function: Electronic cabinet, Electronic court, video conferencing subsystem.
