Who can limit access to court decisions?

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Court Decisions", the restriction of the right to freely use the official web portal of the judiciary of Ukraine is allowed to the extent necessary to protect information that, according to the court's decision regarding the consideration of the case in a closed court session, is subject to protection from disclosure.
