"Conscript military servicemen, whose term of military service expired during the martial law and whose military service was extended beyond the established terms, are released from military service to the reserve. Such persons cannot be called up for military service during mobilization within twelve months from the date of release from military service to the reserve, if they did not express a desire to continue military service" - it is noted in the text of draft law No. 11035.
