Responsibility of the gun owner

The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses provides for the liability of gun owners for violation of the terms of registration (re-registration) of prize, firearm, cold or pneumatic weapons and the rules for their registration (Article 192). For example, if the permit expires without renewal, if the place of residence or registration has changed without re-registration of the firearm. This violation entails a warning or the imposition of a fine from five to seven tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
