"A large family is a family in which a spouse (man and woman) is in a registered marriage, lives together and raises three or more children, including each of the spouses, or one father (one mother) who (who ) lives together with three or more children and raises them independently. A large family also includes children who study full-time in general education, vocational and technical and higher educational institutions - until the end of educational institutions, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23;".
