My son was tried under Art. 336 as a dodger. The prosecutor asked the judge for 4 years...?

...the court imposed a 2-year suspended sentence. Now the prosecutor has filed a lawsuit to the Court of Appeal, because he does not agree with the court's decision. What should we do in this situation?
