Will a marriage in Georgia be valid in Ukraine?

Documents issued by the competent authorities of foreign countries for the certification of civil status acts carried out outside Ukraine according to the laws of the respective states in relation to citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons are recognized as valid in Ukraine in the presence of legalization, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine, consent to the obligation the validity of which is granted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
