My mother has the 2nd group of disability, she left for caregiving. Can I go abroad with her? There is also a sister registered all together, will it not interfere?

You have the right to go abroad. You need to have the following documents:
Foreign passports
Birth Certificate
Mother's pension certificate or disabled person's certificate
One place of registration or an act establishing the fact of care.
