According to Article 212 of the Code of Civil Procedure, it is possible to participate in a court session via video conference outside the court premises, provided that the court has the appropriate technical capability. The party to the case submits an application for participation in the court session via video conference outside the court premises no later than five days before the court session. A copy of the application is sent to other participants in the case at the same time.
