Student postponement

18.01.2024 13:22 • Question

If full-time studies are completed in June, for what period is the deferment granted? If I go with the documents to the TCC now, and update my data (I haven't updated it for a year). Will the postponement be until the end of my studies (until June) or a year from the date of updating the data in the TCC?

You are entitled to a deferment as long as there is a reason for the deferment. That is, while you are studying, they will not be able to mobilize you. However, you may be required to update the data after 3, 6, 12 months, because there are cases when students are expelled and lose the right to postponement.

If you are a conscript (have a registration card) - up to 27 years old (changes up to 25 are possible), you will not be subject to mobilization.
