Deregistration of a disabled person

Received a summons to the roadblock, since 2007 he has been removed from the military register (disabled of the 3rd group, labor disability). Do I need to appear at the TCC? There is another nuance, in the summons my last name is indicated incorrectly.

It all depends on the grounds on which you were removed from the military register. If you are removed due to unfitness for service under the article, which provides for exclusion from registration - this is one thing, and if due to unfitness only in peacetime - it is another, since removal from registration due to unfitness in peacetime makes you limited-fit in wartime.
