You can get an extract about your place of residence in two ways - online or offline. You need to apply to the TsNAP at your residential address. Take your passport and other identification documents with you.
How to get an extract on the Diya portal:
Log in to the Diya portal
Select the service Extract from the register of the territorial community
Click Order extract.
