Registration of inheritance

Documents required for acceptance of inheritance:

• passport;

• ID number;

• death certificate;

• in the case of a will: at the same time, if the will was drawn up in the village council, it is necessary to mark the absence of changes after the drawing up;

• in the absence of a will: a document confirming the heir's family relationship with the deceased: for children - birth certificate, wife/husband - marriage certificate, other relatives - by analogy, to trace the chain of family ties with the testator;

• title documents for all known property.
