The Chernobyl certificate is issued to participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chornobyl NPP and victims of the Chernobyl disaster. If your husband belongs to one of the 4 categories of citizens who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, then this will be confirmed by a certificate about evacuation, resettlement, independent resettlement or about the period of living, studying or working in contaminated territories.
