People who are registered in an apartment or house, but do not have ownership rights, can be discharged without their consent. This can be done by the home owner. This is provided for in Clause 61 of the "Procedure for deregistration of the place of residence/residence", adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers on February 7, 2022.

Who cannot be discharged from housing:

  • a minor child;

  • father, mother of a minor child, registered in the same residence as the child (in this case, the registration of the parents and the child is removed);

  • a conscripted man (during martial law);

  • one of the co-owners of the home.
