If a medical institution or doctor refuses to provide information, you can challenge their actions in court. By his decision, he will oblige the medical institution to provide this information.

In the event of a patient's death, his family members or other natural persons authorized by them have the right to be present at the investigation of the causes of his death, to read the conclusions regarding the causes of death (Part 4 of Article 285 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
