Release by consent of the parties

On the day of dismissal, the employer is obliged to pay the employee the salary due to him, taking into account all its components. In case of dismissal of an employee, he is paid monetary compensation for all unused days of annual leave, as well as additional leave for employees who have children or an adult child - disabled from childhood of subgroup A 1 group.

In the case of dismissal of an employee on the grounds provided for in the first paragraph of Article 36 of the Labor Code by agreement of the parties, the payment of severance pay is not provided for by the current labor legislation.
