In accordance with Regulation No. 530 "On the organization in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine of work on calculating years of service for assigning pensions to military personnel and providing social benefits to persons discharged from military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their family members" the time of service during which the person participated in an anti-terrorist operation, is counted on preferential terms - one month of service for three.
