What will happen to the limited fit with the adoption of changes to the law on mobilization?

In the new draft law, it is planned to get rid of the concept of "limited suitability". There will be only two categories: suitable and not. Thus, those who were previously found to be of limited fitness, when the relevant law with this amendment enters into force, will have to pass the medical board again. They will have six months to do this.

According to its results, those with limited fitness will either be removed from the register, because they will be considered unfit for service, or they will be considered fit.
