Lorina FedanAccording to Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", a person cannot be mobilized if his wife (husband), one of his parents or the parents of his wife (husband) has a disability of group I or II.
Your son is entitled to a deferment from mobilization.
