What categories of citizens cannot engage in entrepreneurial activity?

The following categories of citizens are not allowed to engage in entrepreneurial activity: military personnel, officials of the prosecutor's office, court, state security, internal affairs, state notary, as well as state power and management bodies, which are called to exercise control over the activities of enterprises.
