How to get a ticket after the age of 27, if you did not do military service?

To get a military card, you need to contact the TCC and SP at the place of registration and submit the following documents:

• statement;

• copy of passport and identification code;

• a copy of the education document (if available);

• a copy of the marriage certificate (if available);

• a copy of the child's birth certificate (if available);

• registration certificate;

• medical card;

• three 3x4 photos (indicate the surname on the back).
