Before serving a summons at the request of a Ukrainian, authorized representatives of the TCC must present:
commandant's order regarding the inspection of documents (or a copy);
an official certificate of the TCC, which confirms that they are exactly the ones indicated in the order of the commandant on the verification of documents;
an order or order of the TCC authorizing the specified persons to serve summonses;
state the reason specified in clause 7 of the Verification Procedure (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1456-2021-%D0%BF#Text).
