Persons who have previously been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a serious or particularly serious crime cannot be called up. They are subject to dismissal in connection with the entry into force of a guilty verdict of the court, which has imposed punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty, restriction of liberty or deprivation of a military rank.
