How to certify an identity while the passport of a citizen of Ukraine is being issued?

In Ukraine, the following documents can be used for identification:

1. foreign passport (in case of loss of ID card or passport booklet);

2. driver's license;

3. digital documents in the Diya mobile application, because they have the same legal force as their paper or plastic counterparts;

4. "eDocument" is a temporary ID document during martial law, it is created automatically based on BankID data or biometric document data.
