If records of seniority in the employment book need to be confirmed, clarified or restored, the following documents will be required:

certificates or extracts from appointment orders;
personal accounts and information on the issuance of wages;
certificates, characteristics;
written employment contracts and agreements with marks on their execution;

testimony of at least two witnesses who have proof of employment at the relevant enterprise;
documents on the payment of insurance premiums (for persons engaged in agriculture, entrepreneurial or creative activities);
