solvedMy mother and I have a privatized apartment. Mom with a share of 1/2 and my share of 1/2. Mom passed away and the inheritance certificate says I got 1/2. Is the apartment completely mine or only 1/2?

Lorina FedanAccording to the received inheritance certificate, you received 1/2 part of the apartment. Thus, the remaining 1/2 part was already yours, but you need to register the ownership of this share so that you are the sole owner in the register of property rights to real estate.
