A commercial agent can be a business entity (individual or legal entity) who, under the authority based on an agency contract, carries out commercial mediation.
Entrepreneurs acting in their own name, albeit in the interests of others, are not commercial agents.
A commercial agent cannot enter into agreements on behalf of the person he represents, in relation to himself personally.
