Who can become the president of Ukraine?

A citizen of Ukraine may be elected President of Ukraine who, on election day:

• has reached the age of thirty-five;

• has the right to vote;

• speaks the state language;

• lives in Ukraine during the last ten years before the election day;

• is a citizen of Ukraine.
