According to Clause 4 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations in the Conditions of Martial Law", the compensation of wages, guarantee and compensation payments to employees during the suspension of the employment contract is fully entrusted to the state that carries out armed aggression against Ukraine.
