The law does not specify that persons removed from military registration cannot be drafted during mobilization. Accordingly, such persons may be called up for military service on the condition of passing a medical examination. Those excluded from military registration under certain circumstances must also report to the territorial recruitment and social support center.

If a soldier is dismissed from service on the basis of a conclusion of the VLK (Military Medical Commission) about unfitness for military service with exclusion from military registration, his mobilization is excluded.
