Can the military commander issue a referral to the MSEK to a discharged soldier?

A referral for an MSEK examination is issued in the medical company of the military unit. The term of service must be specified in the referral. For those released from military service, referrals to MSEK are issued by the district military commissariat.

If a person has been released from military service, a referral to MSEK can also be given by a family doctor.
