After the latest changes in the Rules for crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine from September 27, 2022. it became a mandatory rule that if the border crossing took place to accompany a disabled person, and the disabled person returns to Ukraine, then the accompanying person is also obliged to return to Ukraine later on the same day.
