At what age can I apply for a pension if my husband died in the war?

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On pension provision for persons discharged from military service and certain other persons", the parents and spouse (husband) of the breadwinner who died in the line of duty have the right to a pension. Pensions are received no earlier than at the age of 55, regardless of the length of insurance experience.
