Tatіana MazurThe issue of employment of persons with disabilities is enshrined in a number of legislative acts, in particular in the Law "On the Basics of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine", Law "On Labor Protection", etc.
The mentioned laws and secondary regulations derived from them oblige employers to create special workplaces for persons with disabilities, to promote their employment, taking into account limited physical capabilities.
