Is a person with a disease with code E10 eligible for a prize?

Unsuitability for military service with exclusion from military registration is evidenced only by a significant impairment of functions due to diabetes. Thus, the presence of diabetes of any type with a blood sugar level of more than 13.7 mmol/l provides grounds for exclusion from military registration with the right to cross the State border of Ukraine. Such persons are not subject to mobilization.
