What to do if a person found out that the employer did not pay the social security tax?

The employee has the right to:

1. apply to the employer with a written demand to pay the ESS;

2. complain about the employer to the tax authorities and territorial bodies of the State Labor Service;

3. apply to the police with a statement about the commission of a criminal offense provided for in Art. 212-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

4. to submit a civil lawsuit to the court to declare the employer's inaction illegal and obligate him to calculate and pay insurance premiums.
